How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are only available online, click the “BUY TICKETS” button above or below! Onsite and day of sales are available, but these tickets must also be purchased online as well. This is a cashless business so we are not able to accommodate such transactions.
Where do I park?
For the easiest access, once you arrive at The Shops at Grand River, park closest to the far left entrance near the Drive In Movie theatre and the Coach Factory store. Follow the sidewalk entrance and The Pixel Room will be on your right under the red awning.
Are you kid friendly?
Of course we are! We are a family friendly attraction!
How long does the experience take?
Typical attraction time is 45 minutes- 1 hour. Times may vary depending on group size.
Are food and beverages allowed inside?
Please finish and discard all food and drinks before entering the exhibit.
What should I bring with me?
Your phone or camera, a smile and great energy! There is no room for storage so we suggest leaving bulky items like jackets and oversized bags in your car.
Is there somewhere to change outfits?
While we do have fully functional changing rooms, they are currently CLOSED due to COVID-19 precautions but there are restrooms available less than 50 steps from our entrance.
Can I bring a professional camera?
Absolutely! We allow you to bring in DSLR cameras at no extra charge!
Are photographers allowed?
Yes, they must also purchase a ticket for entrance. However, additional lighting equipment is not permitted unless a private photo shoot has been booked or there will be an extra $20.00 charge
Do you offer discounts for big groups?
Yes! We gladly offer discounted rates for groups of 15 or more people. Please email us at thepixelroombham@gmail.com to receive a custom group code.
Does everyone have to purchase a ticket to get into the exhibit
Yes, Everyone who comes in needs a ticket!
Can I walk up and pay for a ticket?
Its always best to reserve your time slot online we can take walk-ins but you are taking a chance at your time slot being full! Also this may cause you to use an alternate payment system but you will be subject to the same or more processing fees
